Thanks. This sounds like it might be a regression in the Intel kernel
graphics driver "i915" in version 5.8.0-59 since that's probably what's
driving your primary monitor, but the Bug Description also mentions that
your Nvidia driver is broken for that kernel version:

 nvidia, 460.80, 5.8.0-59-generic, x86_64: installed (WARNING! Diff
between built and installed module!) (WARNING! Diff between built and
installed module!) (WARNING! Diff between built and installed module!)

Please try:

1. Uninstall the Nvidia driver.
2. Reboot.
3. Reinstall the Nvidia driver.
4. Reboot.

and tell us if the problem still happens.
