Public bug reported:
Plasma has an option to start up restoring the last session (that gets
autosaved at shutdown).
This lets one find all his/her applications nicely opened in the correct
virtual screens and locations after a logout and subsequent login (more
or less as if he/her had just suspended the system).
While (almost) all applications work nice with the session, plasma-
discover does not.
If you open the application once, then at login plasma-discover keeps
getting restarted /visible on screen/ even if it was not at shutdown.
