Ideally please don't attach log files with "recovery nomodeset" because
they're not relevant to the main issue here. Although in this case I can
tell you now have Nvidia driver version 465 installed successfully so
that's something.

Next please:

1. Edit /etc/gdm3/custom.conf and uncomment the debug option:

     #Enable=true

   so it is:

     Enable=true

2. Reboot without recovery mode so you get a black screen.

3. Wait at least 10 seconds on the black screen.

4. Reboot with recovery mode.

5. Run:

   journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

6. Attach the resulting text file here.
