Our least favorite (most breakage) and least useful (LXD >>> libvirt-lxc) test
broke again.
It didn't show up in the sniff testing, but reliably fails on the upload of
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvirt/7.4.0-0ubuntu1
It fails across all architectures.
