[Impact]
v4l2loopback-dkms cannot be installed because CONFIG_MEDIA_CAMERA_SUPPORT is
disabled.
Amazon would like this feature enabled. It is already enabled in the Groovy and
Hirsute AWS kernels.

CONFIG_MEDIA_CAMERA_SUPPORT=y
[Test Case]
sudo apt-get install v4l2loopback-dkms

Enabling ioctl functionality in the kernel could expose security
vulnerabilities.
