Just to keep this alive, I'm running 5.13.1 and so far it seems to be working. I only used it for ~8 hours and so far I have not seen any Transfer event errors, nor any USB reset (I see a lot of other new errors, it even failed to boot with 5.13.1 at first, but those are irrelevant regarding this issue). I don't know if its going to be stable on the long term or not, as even with the 5.8 kernel it sometimes managed to work for 3+ days non stop without any issues (but most of the time crashed after 5-30 minutes).
