Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report. I tried to install and upgrade postfix in a container running Ubuntu 21.04 and I could not reproduce the error you mentioned. Could you please share the logs containing the error when you upgrade the package? Also the postfix config file in case you have made any customization in it.
