1) The help says `list-units [PATTERN...] List units currently in memory`. I would interpret this as "list all services"
2) General/OT Is there any specific reason, why there is no direct command so far, that lists all services? The differentiation between user and non-user here looks to me like a technical one, instead of a UX-driven one.
