the debconf GUI ignored that I checked the only grub partition to install GRUB onto. Next screen asked if I wanted to skip GRUB installation altogether which I did not. Since I could not leave the GUI I terminated the process and performed
dpkg-reconfigure shim-signed on a fresh terminal. It asked the same question but was happy with my answer and the GRUB re-installation succeeded without any problems. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1937034 Title: package shim-signed 1.48+15.4-0ubuntu5 failed to install/upgrade: »installiertes shim-signed-Skript des Paketes post- installation«-Unterprozess wurde durch Signal (Beendet) getötet To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shim-signed/+bug/1937034/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
