Test on HP desktop with following steps 1. Open gnome-control-center and select Wi-Fi 2. Turn off Wi-Fi via UI 3. Select Bluetooth column 4. Turn off Bluetooth via UI 5. Turn Off AirPlane Mode in Bluetooth menu
