This is a highly nontrivial package which needs a full MIR. Also blocked
by MIR of libcommons-lang-java.
It is also quite large and thus would increase CD space even more. Maybe
the better alternative is to build OO.o with the bundled jfreereport?
Then we wouldn't need this, classpath, etc. in the first place, we would
avoid the CD size increase, and the libraries would get built with gcj
together with OO.o itself and thus would not get slower.
