I used http://localhost:631/help/admin.html to associate my Dymo printer
with its ppd file, which I found with lpinfo -m.  That should be
lw450t.ppd, found in the folders generated by all three github packages
I tried to install.   It said it added it.

Then I rebooted.

And per lshw it's still using usblp for the driver.

The deb/ Synaptic package should have set that up in any case and
didn't, and fixing it didn't work.
