Hi, I think this is expected, since from 0.8.2 to 0.10 the game has changed so
much that datas such as high scores are no longer comparable.
Note that from 0.10 to latest 1.2 (available in newer Ubuntu) the config
directory is still ~/.config/supertuxkart/config-0.10/ , so they should be
(hopefully) compatible.
Closing since this is expected, also Ubuntu 19.04 and 19.10 are by now End of
Life since over an year.
