Public bug reported:
in the packaged desktop file:
-----
[Desktop Entry]
Name=Files
-----
which means Nautilus will show up as "Files" in preferred applications
setup and menus. That very same Name is used by nemo aswell (filed as
#1938620 ).
Instead that Name should be Nautilus (in all languages), just like other
File Manager apps have their own actual names :)
