Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

I just installed Ubuntu yesterday, and I love it but I got a problem....
Whenever I go on to a website that has flash content, it says that I need to
install missing plugins and I end up getting a dialogue box saying "You
already have flashplugin-nonfree installed" or something similar. I really need
flash to work as the whole Cisco Academy Website is based on it.
Any help will be appreciated.

P.S. I am new to Linux
