Public bug reported:

My machine has two NVMe drives: I have Windows installed on /dev/nvme0n1
and am installing Ubuntu onto /dev/nvme1n1.

I followed the steps from
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Full_Disk_Encryption_Howto_2019

At the end of the installer, I received the error message "executing
grub-install /dev/nvme0n1 failed"
