Please sync python-a38 0.1.3-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* tests/test_p7m.py:
- tests/data/test.txt.p7m has expired and this test fails,
so just skip it. Upstream has not been updated in 2 years
so it's unlikely this cert will be updated by upstream.
Patch to skip test has now been included in the Debian package.
