Kai-Heng, I have tried kernel 5.13.0+ from #73. Power consumption is the same and NVMe has ASPM L1 enabled both before and after suspend/resume. I have been running the kernel for a few hours now and also done some suspend/resume and it seems to work fine. I have attached dmesg and powertop output.
