Public bug reported:
The tool mJPEG (converts FITS to jpeg) should be included in the package
montage-6.0+dfsg-6build3 but it is not. Looking at the project here
http://montage.ipac.caltech.edu/docs/how.html it is definitely there and
looking at the bionic equivalent package it was there.
