According to the Nvidia web site, the Geforce 820M GPU requires driver
version 430. But you have driver 460 installed which does not support
the Geforce 820M GPU:

You will need to uninstall the version 460 driver packages you have and
then install 430 instead:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-430
If that doesn't work then try:
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-390
