* SECURITY UPDATE: incorrect time jump (LP: #1938730)
- debian/patches/fix_wrong_gps_rollover.patch: don't compute wrong GPS
rollover after 2020-10-23.
- debian/source/include-binaries: include some updated binary tests.
- No CVE number
