Binary package hint: emerald
Running ubuntu 7.10 32bit:
Clean install with compiz fusion , ccmp, and emerald instaleld.
I go to the emerald theme manager and click "Fetch GPL'd themes" and a
progress bar showes up, but then disappears after a moment.
The same happens for the non-gpl'd themes.
