bug was filed with `ubuntu-bug`.
any details achieved by re-running it on the box would only hurt, as the
box has had 2x new installs done on it just today (focal) as it's used
for QA-test installs. I'm changing status to Confirmed.
(I can if helpful, run an `apport-collect` when impish is re-installed
on the box; but that'll likely be in about a week once 20.04.3 has been
released and I return to impish testing)
