That's a great question, and I would defer to the Foundations team to
evaluate that since, IIUC, they are the package maintainer and SME.

A trivial check of the number of commits and line changes shows:

$ git log --oneline nfs-utils-1-3-4..master | wc -l 
515
$ git diff nfs-utils-1-3-4..master | wc -l
48365
