Public bug reported:

Enabling the screen reader in GNOME and using it with any browser leads
to occasional glitches and crashes.

Firefox, for example, crashed and asked me to file a crash report to Mozilla.
GNOME Web just restarted itself out of nowhere, same as Chromium.

The arrow up/down navigation sometimes works correctly in Firefox, but
on other browsers it looks totally broken (nothing happens when
pressed).

I believe this is not reproducible on focal, only on hirsute. I'm using
the default Wayland session.
