Public bug reported:

I have a HP Pavilion laptop and I did install Ubuntu 3 months earlier.
The touchpad mouse was working fine in the beginning and one day it
stopped working. On some research I found out that my OS Doesnot
recognise my touchpad anymore. Reinstalling ubuntu didnot help!
