The scalapack cmake target also points to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/liblapack.so, which is provided by the liblapack-dev package. One
either needs to add this package to the list of dependencies or link
against /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/lapack/liblapack.so.3 provided by
liblapack3.
