Public bug reported:

Multi XScreen configuration ignores theming on all XScreens other than
0.0.

Launching xfce4-settings-manager on the desired XScreen and settings
appearance only changes on DISPLAY=:0.0.

Command line is also ineffective in that is works but only affects DISPLAY=:0.0.
DISPLAY=:0.1 xfconf-query -c xsettings -p /Net/ThemeName -s "Adwaita-dark" =
changes the theme on 0.0 not 0.1.
DISPLAY=:0.2 xfconf-query -c xsettings -p /Net/ThemeName -s "Adwaita-dark" =
changes the theme on 0.0 not 0.2.

As for "oddities" it took a lot of fiddling to get things to work. Upon
installing once I get the system to not lock up or crash upon
configuring more than one XScreen I noticed a lot of "false walls".
Windows where locked to small portions of a single monitor and could not
be moved around the whole monitor. There were no errors I could find,
just a silent conflict with screen dimensions and such. A combination of
the xfce4-display-settings, arandr, and the nVidia panel along with a
few X restarts finally resulted in windows moving freely through their
XScreen/GPU space.
