  * New upstream snapshot 20210406 (commit e55447500fa9) taken on
    2021-08-31 (upstream is unchanged since April) to get the latest bug
    fixes, in particular LP: #1923335.
  * plymouth.install: Add plymouthd-fd-escrow to support the above shutdown
    bug fix.
  * Refreshed debian/patches:
    - details-remove-separator.patch
    - details-update-status.patch
    - initramfsless-boot.patch
    - misc-changes.patch
    - ubuntu-default-devicetimeout.patch
