Public bug reported:
This machine was previously running 18.04. I decided to replace it with
21.04 (using the ISO via USB) rather than doing an in-place upgrade.
The Ubiquiti installer gets to the grub-install step then fails with:
```
Executing grub-install /dev/nvme2n1 failed
This is a fatal error
```
TBH I would have expected that it should have been something like
/dev/nvme2n1p1 since that was the vfat partition it created.
I tried enabling the same kernel configuration I used to finally get
18.04 to install a couple years ago, but with the same end result.
