Thanks for the bug report.

Please try adding kernel parameter:

  i915.enable_psr=0

to /etc/default/grub in the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT line and then
run:

  sudo update-grub

and reboot.

Does that fix it? If not then please attach a video of the problem.
