I don't know much about how devhelp is being used - I see the package
provides both some tooling and a library. What I'd like to make sure of:
are there and backwards-compatibility breaking changes in this upload?
Is the library still libdevhelp-3-6 or was there an SONAME bump? Did you
perform a test build of the package in Ubuntu somewhere (if yes, could
you provide the build logs)?
