Public bug reported:
Description: It is inconveniently after restartiong a laptop to choose
needable "Power Mode" each time.
Steps:
1. Launch a Laptop.
2. Logged in.
3. Open Settings -> Power.
4. Choose in "Power Mode" menu -> [Power Saver] radiobutton.
5. Restart the laptop.
Actual result:
1. [Power Saver] radiobutton in "Settings" -> "Power" -> "Power Mode" has
not been saved.
2. "Balanced Power" radiobutton has been chosen by default.
Expected result:
1. After Restarting the Laptop [Power Saver] radiobutton in "Settings" ->
"Power" -> "Power
Mode" has been saved!
