Public bug reported: Canonical engineering recently started to upgrade the universe package “libpmemobj-cpp” to 1.13.0-2 (on impish) and ran into some issues while rebuilding. And these seem to be ppc64el specific regressions.
Now asking the IBM Power team if this is known or if there are any ideas: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libpmemobj-cpp/1.13.0-2/ https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libpmemobj-cpp/1.13.0-2/+build/21966756 https://launchpadlibrarian.net/557792526/buildlog_ubuntu-impish-ppc64el.libpmemobj-cpp_1.13.0-2_BUILDING.txt.gz “obj-powerpc64le-linux-gnu/tests/segment_vector_array_expsize_assign_exceptions_oom /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/obj-powerpc64le-linux-gnu/test/segment_vector_array_expsize_assign_exceptions_oom_0_none/testfile failed: 139” ** Affects: ubuntu-power-systems Importance: Undecided Assignee: Ubuntu on IBM Power Systems Bug Triage (ubuntu-power-triage) Status: Opinion ** Affects: libpmemobj-cpp (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Assignee: bugproxy (bugproxy) Status: Opinion ** Tags: ppc64el ** Also affects: libpmemobj-cpp (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: libpmemobj-cpp (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => bugproxy (bugproxy) ** Changed in: ubuntu-power-systems Assignee: (unassigned) => Ubuntu on IBM Power Systems Bug Triage (ubuntu-power-triage) ** Changed in: ubuntu-power-systems Status: New => Opinion ** Changed in: libpmemobj-cpp (Ubuntu) Status: New => Opinion -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1943446 Title: libpmemobj-cpp upgrade to 1.13.0-2 causes issues on ppc64el To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-power-systems/+bug/1943446/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
