Hi Michael, Thanks for trying. linux-backports-modules actually contains an updated version of ALSA, version 1.0.15 so I was hoping it would resolve your issue but it looks like it didn't. When the Alpha2 release if available, it would be much appreciated if you could retest via the LiveCD. Thanks!
