This is still happening on recent kernels, and affecting newer machines
(Razer Blade 15 mid-2021 model). The trackpad works mostly fine after
boot, but after sleep and resume, the trackpad goes funky (moving the
cursor leads to random clicks, etc) and the kernel log is spamming the
same "incomplete report" message:

It works fine again after a full reboot. I get no issues on Windows with
the same hardware, fwiw.
Running kernel 5.11.0-34 on Ubuntu 21.04.
