I spoke with the Ayatana team. The lomiri-url-dispatcher entanglement with applaunch and Mir will be fixed with upcoming Ayatana Indicators 0.9.x and will be released to Ubuntu 22.04
Upstream releases are close for 0.9.x Ayatana Indicators components.
