Thank you for your bug report, could you also report it upstream on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus/-/issues ? Samba isn't case sensitive usually so it's a weird of having different directories using the same naming working. Checking online it seems that windows only displays one folder in those cases, nautilus should probably be doing the same thing
