provided as to what system you are asking about.

Using the suggested tools `ubuntu-bug ubiquity` causes the ISO that was
used, details of your system, plus details of any error(s) that occurred
during install to be applied in the bug report.

Your alternative is to run

`apport-collect 1944797`

on the box you ran the install on. We cannot know it's a critical bug,
hardware issue, flawed ISO or media write, or anything else, until we
have specifics from the installation.

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-
bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this
