I can reproduce this with TGL platform, AX210 [8086:2725] subsystem
[8086:0020], kernel linux-hwe-5.11 and linux-oem-5.10.
linux-oem-5.13 (1012, 1013 and above) works for me.

IPU6 daemon+v4l2loopback is required to enable use for existing applications
