* debian/patches-applied/nullok_secure-compat.patch: Support
nullok_secure as a deprecated alias for nullok.
* debian/pam-configs/unix: use nullok, not nullok_secure.
* extrausers.patch: update for compatibility with the removal of
nullok_secure.
