Successfully tested docker.io on hirsute.

With docker.io 20.10.7-0ubuntu1~21.04.2 from hirsute:

$ sudo docker run ubuntu:impish apt-get remove -qqqq --allow-remove-essential 
e2fsprogs

Removing e2fsprogs (1.46.3-1ubuntu3) ...
