This was fixed in Debian in ruby-fauxhai. The issue here is a version mismatch between ruby-chef-utils and ruby-fauxhai, updating ruby-fauxhai to version 7.5.0-1 will solve it. To make sure ruby-chef-utils would build fine I uploaded both of them to this PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~lucaskanashiro/+archive/ubuntu/ruby-chef- utils/+packages As you can see, ruby-chef-utils built fine with the new ruby-fauxhai. Therefore, I will be syncing ruby-fauxhai/7.5.0-1 from Debian to fix the FTBFS. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1945583 Title: FTBFS: tries to access the Internet during build via ruby-fauxhai To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ruby-chef-utils/+bug/1945583/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
