This was fixed in Debian in ruby-fauxhai. The issue here is a version
mismatch between ruby-chef-utils and ruby-fauxhai, updating ruby-fauxhai
to version 7.5.0-1 will solve it. To make sure ruby-chef-utils would
build fine I uploaded both of them to this PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~lucaskanashiro/+archive/ubuntu/ruby-chef-
utils/+packages

As you can see, ruby-chef-utils built fine with the new ruby-fauxhai.
Therefore, I will be syncing ruby-fauxhai/7.5.0-1 from Debian to fix the
FTBFS.
