Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
If you're using a non-Ubuntu OS you should follow upgrade instructions
for your actual OS and not use the prompts intended for Ubuntu users.
You have many 3rd party packages (inc. tuxedo-control-center tuxedo-
keyboard tuxedo-one-theme tuxedo-one-wallpapers tuxedo-tomte tuxedo-
touchpad-switch tuxedo-two-icons tuxedo-webfai-creator) and are also
using OIBAF that prevent a Ubuntu upgrades from occurring.
The use of oibaf ppa will prevent the upgrade as that PPA contains
package version numbers greater than the release to which you are
upgrading. You can revert the PPA by installing the ppa-purge package
from the official Ubuntu archive and then running 'sudo ppa-purge
ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers', but I'd suggest following the instructions
of your OS
