I also get the error in Gutsy (GNOME Sudoku 2.20.1). Upon completion, it does not acknowledge completion like it once did before and when I restart, it attempts to give me the same game that I completed before. I also noticed that in some scenarios, it will mark number as red when it shouldn't. If I clear the square and put the same number in again, then it leaves as black.
