Test case:
1. Build a python3 package that builds extensions for all supported
python3 versions, i.e. Build-Depends: python3-all-dev
2. Check the generated versioned dependencies on python3
using python3-astlib as an example,
$ grep Depends debian/python3-astlib/DEBIAN/control
Depends: ... python3 (<< 3.10), python3 (>= 3.1~), ...
Expected output:
$ grep Depends debian/python3-astlib/DEBIAN/control
Depends: ... python3 (<< 3.11), python3 (>= 3.9~), ...
