they are related, yes, I think. But I would not go as far as setting it as a dup. bug 10918 (and upstream http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219197) deal with correctly closing an Evo session. The results from fixing it may (or may not) resolve this bug.
