I'll reopen this then, but the line does need to be drawn somewhere - I
don't see the purpose in leaving all those 12+ year old bugs open. So
somewhere between 3 and 12 years needs to be the "line" where we decide
to just close a bug if there's no change on it, especially if it's a
feature request.
