Binary package hint: command-not-found
1) Boot into Ubuntu in recovery mode
2) Type an inexistent command (such as "12345")
command-not-found crashes with TypeError trying to get the result of
os.getenv("HOME").
The environ variable HOME is not set in the recovery mode, so it should use
/root instead.
