Binary package hint: software-properties-kde
It is usually necessary multiple mouse 'clicks' over each repositorie for
enable/disable Third-Party Repositories listed.
Sometimes the aplication doesn't mark or unmark one repositorie at first click.
Being necessary doing 'clicks' several time until the program begin to work
well.
